Bear Paw Systems provides a dedicated service to all our customers.
Project Management
The project manager will be the Bear Paw focal point for all implementation
plans. As such they will be responsible for the following:
- Generate monthly reports on status of implementation.
- Review Customer Profile, Order, and system requirements with
Sales and Pre-Sales in preparing project plan.
- Review Customer and Switch requirements with customer.
- Coordinate installation and training resources.
- Coordinate special integration requirements for installation.
- Prepare detailed Project Timeline.
- Provide ongoing follow-up during project via telephone, email
and in-person meetings, and obtain necessary resources when needed.
- Obtain System Acceptance upon completion of project.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Technical Lead in resolving
issues identified during installation.
- Escalate action as needed.
Technical Management
The technical management shall be responsible for the following:
- Support the project manager for all the integration issues.
- Identify site technical problems that relate to the workflow
of equipment.
Installation Personnel
Bear Paw has a proven, documented installation process with supporting
manuals and comprehensive check lists to assist our staff throughout
every stage of the installation and testing process. Further, our
staff is experienced in the installation of thousands of systems
for customers with varying requirements, and has the skills necessary
to complete the installation and testing process in a manner that
ensures complete customization and success of the system.
Training Staff
Bear Paw provides extensive hands on training for system operators
and administrators on all its products, and this service is included
with our proposal for all customers. Our experience delivering thousands
of training programs worldwide has resulted in training programs
that cover all system features, with experienced trainers presenting
the information to end users in an easy to understand format. In
addition to expertise in our product lines, our trainers have contact
center and quality management experience. Our programs have been
further fine-tuned by end of class evaluations completed by participants,
which provides Bear Paw with feedback on ways to improve future
training programs.
